Short-term Rentals
The Board of Directors determines that, under Article V, Section 1 of the Declaration, the short-term renting (including but not limited to the use of online applications, such as AirBnB, Vrbo, and any other (online) rental platforms) of a Unit or Lot does not constitute a residential purpose and, additionally, would constitute a nuisance to members and residents of the Association. As such, in accordance with Article 1-A, Section 5 of the Declaration, the Board of Directors prohibits the use of any Lot or Unit as a short-term rental. The Board of Directors determines that a lease of a Unit or Lot for an initial term of less than six (6) months constitutes short-term renting under this rule. [This rule passed at a Special Meeting of the Membership on May 8, 2026 by a vote of 68 to 3.]
