Directory Updates requested
We are approaching the release of the updated Highland Ridge Directory and would like to hear from anyone that has updates
for their listing. If you have information that has changed, should be added or removed, please email Directory@HighlandRidgeHOA.org
with the information. We are targeting release of the new directory in late November/early December, so the sooner you can get your updates
mailed in, the easy it will be to ensure it is incorporated in your listing. Thank you for your help keeping the directory current.
Neighborhood Parking Guidelines
Due to safety and emergency vehicle access concerns, the Highland Ridge HOA Board of Directors is asking for residents to help out by following one basic guideline for
parking cars on the street. If residents and their guests would limit themselves to only park on the side of the street opposite fire hydrants, there will always be room for
vehicles to get through the neighborhood safely. This will be particularly important if emergency vehicles need to reach a destination in our neighborhood. In particular, we
are hoping to avoid the occasional situation with cars parked on both sides of the street causing limited space for safe driving.
Thank you for your assistance, HRHOA Board Of Directors
